At Dallas JDM Motors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
